Hello, I’m Florence the owner of Barkeley’s Pet Services. I offer professional and
reliable dog walking, pet drop ins and equine services tailored to your animals’ needs.
With over a year’s experience working in a busy dog boarding kennel, 12 years of hands-on care and
management of my own horse, and a lifetime spent around a variety of pets, I bring both knowledge
and genuine passion to every job. Whether it’s a countryside walk, stable duties, or general animal
care, you can trust that your pets are in experienced and caring hands.
I am fully insured and enhanced DBS checked. I also hold a level 2 Animal Care Qualification and a
level 3 Pet First Aid Qualification.

ABOUT MY SERVICES
Is your dog always full of energy? Are you experiencing behavioural issues at home?
Walking your dog isn’t just about the physical exercise. Walks should include lots of interaction and mental stimulation, sometimes it’s just too hard to find the time. On a specialised dog walk there will be lots of fetching games, treat hunting and a vary of terrains to occupy your dog.
Many behavioural issues in dogs can stem from not enough or not correct socialisation. With group walks this is the perfect way to solve this problem.
This is why all my dog walks are tailored to each specific dog based on age, breed and any other characteristics or specific requirements.
Group Walks
My group walks are never larger than 4 dogs and this will be a mixture of on and off lead.
Travelling
My car is set up with crash tested crates (Trans K9) and secured crates on the back seat. This ensure that dogs have all the space they need, whether this be with each other or completely separately. On hot days there are fans designed to attach to the crates to keep them cool and in winter extra blankets and towels are provided.
Equine
I have 12 years riding experience of competing with my ISH mare, Bitsy. Her main disciplines are show jumping and cross-country. As part of my riding services, I offer general schooling, hacking and lunging. I'm used to a very fizzy/cheeky horse so not much will phase me!

My dog can be reactive, can you still walk him/her?
Yes! Every solo walk can be tailored to the needs of the individual dog.
I want to do group walks with my dog, but he/she isn't comfortable with that yet?
Not a problem! We can always put a plan in place to reach a specific goal.
I need my dog dropped off and picked up from the groomers?
My taxi service can include anything, as long as I know the times!
